CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) — One local father is letting teens know that there is always help.
P.J. Shell says his stepson, Maverick Baker, took his own life back in February.
Baker was a hockey player for the Bishop McCort Crushers.
His stepdad speaking with students at Richland High School about suicide awareness.
The program is called “Maverick's Mission” and shines light on stressers that can impact a teen's mental health.
