Windell D. Middlebrooks, the actor best recognized as the Miller High Life delivery guy, has died, his agent confirmed to the Associated Press on Tuesday. He was 36.
The TV actor's agent Steve Ivey told the AP Middlebrooks passed away on Monday, Mar. 9. While the cause of Middlebrooks' death remains unknown, TMZ reported that it appeared that no foul play was involved.
Middlebrooks' family released a statement, mourning the "passing of a young black star."
While Middlebrooks was beloved for his role as the beer distributor's talkative, no-nonsense delivery man, he was also an accomplished television star who had recurring roles on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Scrubs, The Suite Life on Deck, and Body of Proof. Middlebrooks was a member of SAG with a classically trained background in his field.
Middlebrooks' Disney costar Debby Ryan reacted to the news via Twitter, mourning the Suite Life alum.
